Pidgin quits after starting as a startup application

Bug description:
I have set Pidgin as a startup application, but after startup it quits
without any sign of crash report.
If it is important I have also Transmission, Indicator-weather and Nvidia
X-Server settings set to start on startup. I have also skype4pidgin plugin
installed.
