in 13.04 I found a problem, when some application crash and need to

Bug description:
13.04 is very nice but I found a problem, when some application crash
and need to send error if I don't send it then the application will
never open, for that reason sadly I uninstall it. hopefully this
problem will solved so that I will reinstall it. I like the 12.10 dash
