Title:
Move end session options to dash

Bug description:
I was thinking if you could move whole Unity experience a bit further,
by moving all session confirmation dialogs to special dash layer. I am
  talking about shutdown/restart/logout/switch user/suspend/hibernate
etc... which are currently displaying old gnome style confirmation
windows. But if Unity would nicely fade entire screen and show custom
confirmation dialog, that would be awesome. And for all those various
session icons they could be monochrome like panel icons or black/white
like lenses icons in main dash :)
