Title:
  No HDMI resolution higher than 1024x768

Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nvidia-current

  It is impossible to select HD 1080p, 720p, 460p resolutions with the latest 
nVidia beta driver
  It says:
  Failed to set MetaMode (1) 'DFP-0: 1920x1080 @1920x1080 +0+0' (Mode 
1920x1080, id: 71) on X screen 0
  and then tha higher resolution is set to 1024x768
  see screenshots attached.

  PS: Ubuntu 10.04 latest updates
         nvidia-current_256.29-0ubuntu1~xup~lucid
         Linux: 2.6.32.22-generic
