  Shortcuts Icons are too black/white

Bug description:
After I clicked at the Ubuntu Logo I will get a small list of
  shortcuts.

By default the upper icons are very dark and gives me the impression
that they are grayed out / disabled.

Maybe it's a good idea to have a little bit more focus on the 4
shortcut items / icons. And more color to it for example.

  See my attachment.
