Bug description:

In the unity launcher, the only way to switch apps is using the
keyboard shortcuts or a mouse click. A good way, implemented by
existing launchers, is to use the mouse scroll to switch between the
active apps. The mouse click method to switch apps is especially
cumbersome when there are multiple documents open in the same app (for
eg. evince).
A mouse scroll on the grouped app icon would switch between the
documents, other wise, it would switch between all apps.
