changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if
you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test
it and it is still an issue, please do try to describe in more details
how to reproduce and attach a sample document that shows the behaviour.

this happens occasionally and can't be reproduced. I am still thinking
if this is not a planned feature and I click on something
unexpectedly. although it vanishes after doing things, eventually, so
probably not...
