Cosmetic problems with popup menu in "Grant rights" dialog

Bug description:
These cosmetic problems occur in the Grant Rights dialog when you've
just launched an application that requires administration rights.
If you right click on the password edit box, the standard popup menu
appears.
But :
1) the mouse cursor switches to a wheel ("Loading" status), it shouldn't.
2) If you close the popup, the dark background is not refreshed (the popup
image remains on the background).
