Title:
Bluetooth connections named oddly
Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
I paired my phone (iPhone 3G) with my Karmic laptop using the GNOME
Bluetooth "Setup new device" menu item, which worked fantastically
well, offered me an option to use the phone for Internet access and
thus put an item in Network Manager's applet, which works.
The naming of the entry in nm-applet is a little confusing though. See
the attached screenshot (the phone's name is "cmsj").
[09:50] < asac> menu should probably me more like:
[09:50] < asac> "Bluetooth Networks"
[09:50] < asac> - cmsj (PANU)
[09:50] < asac> - cmsj2 (DUN)
