It appears that xorg does not discover my netbooks resolutions
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
It just defaults to 800x600. I tried to view the xorg.conf but it does
not exist. I know ubuntu now uses lightdm but i am unaware of what
changes were made. I am looking into the docs now.
