So far I found out this errors and panel crash occus when user tries  to
change theme.

  gnome-panel crashes with segfault libglib

Status in “glib2.0” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  In Gnome Classic mode using Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit, top and bottom panels
  closes unexpectedly. I can't tell how often this is but currently I
  observed this behaviour on 3 different machines by 2 different users.

  Opening terminal with CTRL+ALT+T and entering gnome-panel command,
  brings panels back.

  1.)Ubuntu system:

  3.) Continue working or at least restarts panel

  4.) Panels are closed with error message showed by dmesg command:
  gnome-panel[9516]: segfault at 1c0c07008 ip 00007f2c7f913e2d sp 
00007fff08445c70 error 4 in libglib-2.0.so.0.3200.3[7f2c7f8b3000+f2000]
