Your bug has nothing to do with File Roller.
To install Flash plugin, please install "flashplugin-installer" package.
You can search "flashplugin-installer" and then install in Ubuntu Software
Center.
Alternatively, you can launch Terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and issue "sudo apt-get
install flashplugin-installer"
Alternatively, you can download and install Google Chrome, which has
Flash plugin bundled.

I tried on downloading the adobe player and things pop up but it is
not downloading as i need a password or authetion for it and i dont
know the password even when i use a cd
