The bug description says, "This might be solved if bug #1064962 is solved." However, bug #1064962 is now fixed in 13.04 beta, but this problem remains.
Also, as mentioned in earlier comments, the workaround mentioned in the bug description (remove "libreoffice-gtk") is no longer really viable in 13.04. So it's quite the problem in Raring.
