Steps to reproduce:
* Launch LibreOffice Writer, (Or Calc)
* Click the File menu
* Move mouse down to Page Preview.
Expected, orange bar to follow mouse.
Actual, no orange bar, or partial orange bar.
See attached screenshot. Mouse is hovered over Page Preview.
