Ubuntu 11.04 is no longer a supported release. It was supported for 18
months and support ended in October.
Please upgrade to a supported release such as Ubuntu 12.04 which will be
supported for 5 years. Ubuntu 13.04 on the other hand (coming soon)
will only be supported for 9 months now, requiring you to upgrade every
6 months.
As for the issue at hand, with Ubuntu 12.04 I was able to open the file
without any errors although I am not sure it displayed correctly, so I'm
going to close this report.
These kind of bugs (with documents attached) are very helpful in
improving LibreOffice and Ubuntu. If on a supported Ubuntu release you
see one, please do report a new bug.
