Public bug reported:

In 13.04 Raring (beta), when I click "Explore" inside the Ubuntu One
GUI, it's Totem mediaplayer that opens, not Nautilus filemanager. The
system then starts searching for installed codecs, if there's no video
file in the folder I'm trying to explore. I found no relevant setting in
dconf editor.

** Affects: totem (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
