Bug description:
In a fresh and completely updated install of Ubuntu 13.04 (amd64) when
I try to run the command "pdfopt" in a terminal I get the following
output:
The program 'pdfopt' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install ghostscript
Ghostscript (9.07~dfsg2-0ubuntu3) is already installed on my computer.
pdfopt is a part of ghostscript and has worked flawlessly in earlier
versions of Ubuntu.
