Bug description:
dh_install: usr/bin/grip-test exists in debian/tmp but is not
installed to anywhere
grip-test, being a test, should probably be in a noinst clause in a Makefile
to avoid installing it with make install, if it's not to be shipped with a
package.
For now, I'm working around this by explicitly removing the file in
debian/rules.
