Hi,
This is due to the Atheros Gigabit Ethernet alx driver not behaving
correctly for suspending and hibernating. I'm going to make this a
kernel bug and Invalidate the Unity bug.

After upgrading to 13.04 suspend and hibernate do not work.
In terminal window following error is displayed: "PM: Some devices failed to
suspend". Then the suspend fails and the screensaver gets activated, requiring
a password to unlock.
