I want to completely remove dnsmasq. I do not wnat it on my system.
NetworkManager functions fine without it.

sudo dpkg --remove --force-all dnsmasq-base

After reboot NetworkManager still functions as expected. Dependency is a
lie. Please remove dnsmasq as a dependency.
