Title:
  package libgl1-mesa-dri 9.1.1-0ubuntu3 failed to RE-install after
installing NVidia 319.xx drivers, upgrading to 13.04 and re-installing
  the NVidia drivers ;)

Status in “mesa” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  1- I was using Ubuntu 12
2- I had downloaded the latest drivers from nvidia.com (319.12) and also had
them installed on my 64bit platform.
3- Steam was not working and it complained about the lack of libGL 32bit
library on my system.
4- I upgraded to Ubuntu 13 today to try to resolve that automagically ;) and,
honestly, to test your automatic upgrade system !
5- The upgrade went like a charm and I rebooted my system when prompted.
6- After the reboot, I realised that I was using Gallium3D drivers instead of
the nvidia proprietary one I had installed before.
  7- Re-installed the nvidia drivers
8- Steam still not working ;( ... same error.
9- I went through this resource on the net :
http://steamcommunity.com/app/221410/discussions/0/864959336441792994/#c864959336494129639
The Black Hole[FR] suggested to re-install these packages so I did it even if
the solution given earlier in the thread worked for me ... I know ;-(

On a side note : my "new" system seems to be just fine and my games
are playable again on Steam !
