Title:
fglrx driver not enabled completely by jockey when linux-headers-
generic package not installed

Bug description:
uname -a
Linux erik-desktop 2.6.27-7-generic #1 SMP
Intrepid Beta
jockey-gtk presented flgrx driver, but clicking on "activate" button
didn't do more than just show progressbar with 0% for 1-2 seconds.
when manually added Driver "fglrx" into xorg.conf, X worked but
without DRI, because kernel module was missing.
build-essential package was installed, linux-headers-generic wasn't.
installing linux-headers-generic compiled kernel module and after
restart 3D acceleration worked fine.
maybe jockey should check for headers to be installed?
