Nvidia 96 driver failed to load in 11.04 Nvidia GeForce4 MX 4000

Bug description:
Upgrade form 10.10 to 11.04: "Additional Drivers" failed to install
the Nvidia 96 driver.
On 10.10 I had to install driver manually until it beacme available
around 25/01/11 NEW 96 drivers become available and show up in
"Additional Driver".
There seems to be a Python bug in the jockey.log, see below.
