Public bug reported:

lsb_release:
Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04

apt-cache policy firefox:
firefox:
  Installed: 20.0+build1-0ubuntu2
  Candidate: 20.0+build1-0ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 20.0+build1-0ubuntu2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Even without addons on a fresh system and Firefox install, Firefox takes a
while to start up. Once Firefox is running, a few seconds are needed before I
can start typing a URL. The start up processes needs to be sped up.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
