Any update? Empathy is still rather unusable, which really shouldn't
happen in Ubuntu's IM of choice. Also, why can we not simply adjust the
settings anymore?

Ubuntu 12.10
Empathy 3.6.0.3
Contact photos icons are too big, they were smaller in ubuntu 12.04.
Now the contact list is 3km long, I have to scroll a lot to look for
someone.
