Title:
Privacy Policy button should be a hyperlink

Status in Privacy Manager for Zeitgeist:
  Confirmed
Status in “activity-log-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The Privacy Panel has a new Diagnostics tab, with a button that says
“Privacy Policy.” Buttons are generally labelled for the actions they
perform. See the HIG on buttons: http://developer.gnome.org/hig-
book/3.0/controls-buttons.html.en, which specifies “Label all buttons
  with imperative verbs.”

“Privacy Policy” is not a verb. Rather, it is a destination on the
web. Conventionally, this should be a flat hyperlink, either a
GtkLinkButton or part of a label.
