Title:
"Eject" USB drive triggers OSD notification but "Safely Remove" does
not.
Status in Unity:
Invalid
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Using Ubuntu 12.04, Unity 5.14.
Ejecting a thumb drive (right-click launcher icon) triggers a OSD
notification but selecting Safely Remove does not. Shouldn't both
actions trigger notifications?
(On a related note, neither Eject nor Safely Remove from within
Nautilus generates OSD Notifications...)
