Bug description:
When I updated from Ubuntu 10.04 to 10.10, ptex-bin could not be updated. So
I dismiss this update and then I retry after this process completed.
First, I removed ptex-bin, "apt-get remove ptex-bin" and next I installed
ptex-bin, "apt-get install ptex-bin".
However, this process crashed and I could not install ptex-bin package.
