To me it does not sound like a duplicate of #1168383, as the crash is
related to the sorting of bookmarks, rather than simply using them.

Title:
Nautilus bookmarks for smb shares disappear

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Since upgrade to 13.04 the bookmarks for smb shares disappear in the
navigation bar at the left. Choosing files and bookmarks from the menu
bar shows all bookmarks including the smb shares. Rearranging the smb
shares in the bookmarks crashes nautilus. Restarting nautilus after
the crash makes the smb shares reappear inthe navigation bar.
