still present in ubuntu 13.04 with Kernel 3.8. Still alsa 1.0.25 Headphones are working, but not the integrated Speaker of my Laptop. Only Workaround is to install Kernel 3.0... Would be cool if there is at least a better workaround with a newer Kernel.
