bold black background in low-bottom of dock

Bug description:

hello, don't know if this is a bug of weekly-build of cairo-dock (compiz with
icon-fusion installed)
in ubuntu 12.10 resp. pearlinux 7.0.1 or if this is because of window-manager
in gnome.

there is a bold black balcony in bottom-dock --- how can I remove this
  bold black balcony ???

in first installation of pearlinux 7.0.0 it was no problem - the solution was
there like this :
save the current dock configuration in "appearance"-"themes" with a file-name
then 'apply'
  then de-install compiz and de-install cairo-dock,
then re-install compiz and add the just-saved theme again,
  and re-install cairo-dock

  then bold black balcony disappeared.

but now with current weekly-build of cairo-dock 3.2.x this solution
does not work any more ???

  how to solve this ?
