 I`m a chinese student,the english is a little poor.
I think the reason for this is that we hava 2 even more os in our computuer.
if we boot from the other os, eg windows7.
so the computer will be  somehow affacted,and then we restart our computer to 
unbuntu the computer will not to reload some software about sounds .
so the problem is out.
