Ah... It's all my stupidness. Though I don't have "-proposed" repo, the
problem lies in choosing repositories: long time ago I used apt-pin to
make packages from "raring" preferable, so apt took "libxml2:i386" not
from "raring-updates", but from "raring", while "libxml2:amd64" was from
"raring-updates". So, everything works, thank you. I also posted a
bugreport for wine with the same problem
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/1183743) and I do
not know, how to close it.

Title:
libxml2 can not coexist with libxml2-i386 on 64-bit systems

Status in “libxml2” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 13.04 (64-bit), libxml2-i386 can not be installed in the
same time with libxml2(-amd64), though some packages (for example,
skype, wine) depend on libxml2-i386. As much software depends on
libxml2-amd64 (such as KDE), it is impossible to install wine, skype,
etc. in 64-bit system using KDE.
