Title: ICQ in empathy not connecting Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Even if I manage to add an ICQ account to Ubuntu 13.04/Empathy (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/empathy/+bug/1174313), it is not connecting. Empathy just keeps showing the little circle in the top right corner, indicating it is trying to connect.
