This is fully reproducible on my system. Writer does not crash if formulas are not present, and the dedicated formula editor LibreOffice Math is not affected. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice Writer 2. Start writing a formula (Insert > Object > Formula) 3. Write anything in the formula editor. Crash should occur within seconds.
