Title: images are not correctly displayed sometime for some seconds while scrolling Status in Evince document viewer: Fix Released Status in “evince” package in Ubuntu: Fix Committed Bug description: Binary package hint: evince I'm running Intrepid, 32-bit, with backports and proposed enabled. When I'm viewing the PDF found here: http://www.portesdusoleil.com/main/FCK/pdf/PortesduSoleil_Hiver.pdf, evince cannot always display the PDF correctly during scrolling. Some blocking occurs, and after about 5 seconds (sometimes faster, sometimes slower), the correct view is generated. However, the blocks showed are not located at the area showed. Due to this behavior, I'm not able to comfortable view the PDF. How to reproduce: 1) download PDF 2) open with evince 3) first zoom in and then zoom out back to 100%, the effect occurs most often. Thus, zoom to 400%, zoom back and scroll a lot (up and down or left and right) and sometimes, some strange blocks appear which disappear after a couple of seconds. This effect sometimes occurs after every scrolling action, sometimes not and then it can be difficult to directly reproduce. I guess it has something to do with the preview generated before the actual view is shown. As the file is quite large, this sometimes goes wrong I suspect.
