Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
1. Go to Edit - Accounts
2. Create a new IRC account
3. Click on a plus icon in Network icon
4. Click "Add" button
Result: textbox for new server is slightly moved to the left - see
attached screenshot
Expected Result: textbox position is correct
Note, that position is incorrect for the first server only
