Title:
Unable to eject ipod - "volumes on the media are busy"

Status in The Rhythmbox Music Management Application:
  Invalid
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rightclick->Eject on iPOD entry fails, claiming "one or more volumes on the
media are busy"
(this appears in a pop-up error box).
Also an assertion error appears on the terminal: ** (rhythmbox:12782):
CRITICAL **: itdb_splr_validate: assertion `at != ITDB_SPLAT_UNKNOWN' failed
The ipod itself still says "Connected".

However, the pop-up message saying the ipod is busy appears to be incorrect,
or at least no longer true immediately afterwards; fuser -m <mountpoint> shows
nothing, and
lsof -p <rhythmbox pid> | grep -i pod shows no reference to the mounted ipod.

(unlike in bug 315077, where lsof showed rhythmbox still referencing the ipod
mount point).

I used the latest development maverick build from 9/28/2010.
