  the indicator applets

Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: indicator-applet

If you've launched any of the applications using a panel launcher,
than anytime you click on one of the indicator applets, it gets
highlighted. Maybe it's not a bug, but it is annoying and definitely
  not eye-pleasing.

I've attached a screenshot of the bug.
