Bug description:
I'm using Kubuntu 13.04. Since the upgrade, I can't use the power
management features related to the monitor on my laptop when using
external monitors. Once the screen is blacked for power management, I
can't bring it back to life. Neither keyboard nor mouse show any
reaction, and I also cannot login remotely anymore. This does not
happen when I'm using just the laptop screen.
