Title:
  LibreOffice UI font distortion

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
The interface fonts across all of LibreOffice are distorted, having
multiple black lines through them. This isn't entirely consistent, as
the screenshot indicates. However, this is slowing my work pace
considerably. I don't recall having witnessed this issue prior to
  today.

  Ubuntu 12.10
  Release 12.10

  libreoffice-calc 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu3
  libreoffice-writer 1:3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu3

These were the offending progams in this instance.
