I think the problem is in the splash screen process. So, I realize 2 ways to disable it and then I have no problem on opening file over smb or ftp protocol by double click on nautilus 1. Enabled the feature "Quick Starter" on LibreOffice, 2. Or you can open one instance of LibreOffice before clicking on file. 3. in /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/sofficerc, change: Logo=1 to Logo=0.
