This is fixed in 13.04 as im-config replaces im-switch.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ibus
Some users reported ibus will lost settings after restart computer in
Ubuntu 10.04.
I found the reason is because ibus is started before dbus session bus.
Ibus uses gconf as config backend, and gconf need dbus session bus to provide
service. I think it is better to make sure dbus session bus is ready, before
starting ibus.
