Bug description:
In Ubuntu Quantal (12.10), I get this error when setting LC_TIME for
various locales. I don't actually use this but I've noticed it in my
regressions tests for Glom. For instance:
$ export LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
$ export LC_TIME="en_GB.UTF-8"
bash: warning: setlocale: LC_TIME: cannot change locale (en_GB.UTF-8)
$ export LC_TIME="de_DE.UTF-8"
bash: warning: setlocale: LC_TIME: cannot change locale (de_DE.UTF-8): No
such file or directory
