Title:
User Accounts password change form incorrectly says "Wrong password"
when password chage restrictions in effect

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
If a user has password expiry restrictions in place that prevent
password changes (such as a minimum password age set with chage) and
they try to change their password through the User Accounts tool, they
will see a red warning icon to the right of the "Current password"
field, and the hover text for that icon is "Wrong password". This text
  is misleading in this circumstance.
