double-clicking on .emerald file does not import the file into the
theme manager

Bug description:
Binary package hint: emerald
Currently, when I'm double-clicking on an .emerald file, the emerald
theme manager pops up, but it does not import the relevant theme-file.
Similarly when I type
emerald-theme-manager theme.emerald
then theme manager pops up but it does not import the suggested theme.
Not sure if this is a bug but I think there should be this
functionality. I even think that earlier versions had it.
