sign out screen has no blur
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The sign out/power off/shortcut screen doesn't show any blur and is
copletely transparent (see attatched picture). It happens since the
installation of Ubuntu 13.04, in the 12.10 version is still worked
like it should.
