Title:
Ivybridge dual monitor set resolution warning in
  ironlake_crtc_mode_set

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have an Intel DH77EB motherboard with an Intel i7-3770S which has the HD
Graphics 4000 built in.
Connected to this is a Dell 30" U3014 (2560x1600) via displayport and a Dell
2007FP (1600x1200) via HDMI

I can get to the login screen just fine, but after logging in both
screens go blank with a kernel crash
