Title:
network manager does not show defined VPN connections
Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
This is a fresh install of Natty Beta 2 on a desktop machine. After
defining a VPN connection (PPTP in this case) together with
authentication parameters like MSCHAP I DO save the settings for
current user and "Connect Automatically" setting is NOT checked,
however network manager does NOT show the added connection in the
panel, but only displays "Configure VPN" selection selectable, as if
there are no VPN connections defined.
This needs to be addressed in order to avail a working VPN
connectivity which was present beforehand..
