Steps to Repro:
* run Vinagre, focus Vinagre window
* hold down Alt key
* notice that menu items appear in topmost panel: Remote, View, Bookmarks and
Help appear, and the first letter of each is underlined
* hit Alt-r (or Alt-<any underlined letter>) to attempt to expand the Remote
menu/list/submenu/whatever
Expected Result:
* Remote menu expands, revealing Connect, Open, Disconnect, etc.
Actual Result:
* Remote menu does not expand.
